Financial Policies — BTC & LWSOM

Please read the following financial policies carefully before registering for BTC classes or applying for the LWSOM program. By submitting a registration or application and making payment, you agree to these policies.

Bible Training Center

BTC Financial Policies

Tuition & Registration

Each Bible Training Class is $75.00 per 8-week term. Tuition is due at the time of registration and confirms your seat in the class. Registration is not complete until payment is received. The BTC office will notify you if your preferred class is full.

Non-Refund Policy

BTC tuition is non-refundable once paid. If you are unable to attend a class you have registered and paid for, please contact the BTC office as soon as possible at (708) 697-5309 or bplummer@livingwd.org. Transfers to a future term are at the discretion of the BTC Coordinator.

Class Materials

Class materials, textbooks, and supplementary handouts are NOT included in the $75.00 tuition fee. Students are responsible for purchasing all required course materials. Class CDs are available separately at $70.00 per set or $10.00 per individual CD.

Late Registration

Registration for each term closes 3 days before classes begin. Late registration requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact the BTC office directly at (708) 697-5309.

Returned Payments

Any returned check or failed payment will result in a hold on your registration until the balance is resolved. A returned check fee may apply. Contact the office promptly to resolve payment issues.

LWSOM Financial Policies

Tuition & Payment Schedule

LWSOM tuition is due according to the payment schedule provided upon acceptance into the program. The full tuition structure is communicated during the admissions process. Contact Joyce Davis at (708) 697-5388 for current tuition information.

Non-Refund Policy

LWSOM tuition is non-refundable once the program term has begun. If extenuating circumstances require withdrawal, contact the LWSOM office immediately. Partial credits toward a future term may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of LWSOM administration.

Mission Trip Payments

Mission trip payments are separate from program tuition and are tied to specific approved trips. Mission trip fees are non-refundable once the trip has been confirmed and payment submitted. If a student is unable to travel, contact the LWSOM office as early as possible.

Course Materials

LWSOM course supplementary materials are available to registered students. Specific textbooks or materials required by individual instructors are not included in program tuition and must be purchased separately.

Financial Hardship

Students experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to speak confidentially with the LWSOM Administrator before missing a payment. Arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. See the Payment Plans page for more information.

Check (payable to "Living Word Christian Center" — in-person or mailed to office)
