LWSOM Academic Calendar

The LWSOM ministerial program runs annually from September through June, divided into three terms. Below are the key dates for the current and upcoming academic year. All times are Central Time.

2026 – 2027 Academic Year

Module 1 — Fundamentals  (Fall 2026)

  • Registration Opens: August 1, 2026
  • Last Day to Register: September 5, 2026
  • Classes Begin: September 8, 2026
  • Term Presentation (Sermon): Week of November 9, 2026
  • Classes End: November 14, 2026

Module 2 — Dynamics of Ministry  (Winter 2027)

  • Classes Begin: January 12, 2027
  • Term Presentation (Sermon): Week of March 15, 2027
  • Classes End: March 20, 2027

Module 3 — Getting Established  (Spring 2027)

  • Classes Begin: April 6, 2027
  • Term Presentation (Sermon): Week of June 8, 2027
  • Classes End: June 13, 2027
  • Graduation Ceremony: June 2027 — date TBD. Contact office for details.

Important Notes

  • Students must complete all three terms to graduate and receive maximum benefit from the program.
  • A sermon or teaching presentation is required at the end of each term.
  • The graduation ceremony is presided over by Pastor Winston.
